Return and Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

At Star Tag India, we take pride in the quality and customization of our products. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the order has been processed.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our tags and for hygiene/security reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., spelling errors in engraving).
  • Accidental orders.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Exceptions)

We only offer replacements or store credit in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent by us.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us at startag.link@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the production or customization phase. Given our fast turnaround times, cancellation requests must be made via email within 1 hour of order placement. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
